Donna Brighton
Donna Brighton is the President of Brighton Leadership Group. She is a world class consultant in the areas of BOLD change leadership and project management. Her passion is to connect people with ideas and other people that transform their lives and organizations. Donna consults with organizations committed to excellence. Clients benefit from the blending of her passion for project management, change management and holistic leadership to significantly improve execution and maximize performance. Donna holds a B.S. in Accounting from Gannon University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College. She carries an advanced certification in the Prosci Change Management Process, is actively involved in the Project Management Institute and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Donna is also a certified MBTI facilitator.

Scott Beilke
Scott Beilke is a management consultant and results-oriented change leader with diverse experience. His solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process enables him to drive user adoption and accomplish business results. Using his project management skills and experience he planned and delivered projects for companies in the Consumer Products, Manufacturing & Distribution, Insurance, High-Tech (Chip Manufacturing, Computer Manufacturing), Telecommunications & Fiber Optics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical industries.

Scott has over 20 years of business experience and carries a track record of enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity thru business process optimization, enterprise technology solution integration and managing organizational change. Scott recieved his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse, carries a CPA Certificate, has extensive training and experience implementing the SAP software system and has an advanced certification in the Prosci Change Management methods and tools.

Dr. Bruce Bickel
Dr. R. Bruce Bickel is a values- oriented executive who speaks with authority about the importance of character, leadership and teamwork. Drawing from over 30 years of experience in the military, the ministry and the marketplace, Dr. Bickel provides organizations and teams’ insightful ideas on topics such as ethical leadership, change management, effective decision making, and effective coaching through accountability.

Dr. Bickel is a 1966 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He received the 1966 Midshipman of the Year Award given by the Annapolis, Maryland Chamber of Commerce as well as the Thompson Trophy, given to the graduating senior who has done the most to promote intercollegiate athletics at the Naval Academy. He holds Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Theology degrees. He is also a contributing author of the book "The Power of Motivation" and the recently published "Blueprints for Success".

Denise Buehring
As an experienced consultant, facilitator, and marketing professional, Denise Buehring has spent 20 years helping organizations adjust and adapt to both internal and external change in the workplace. Denise's extensive experience in large-scale change management initiatives range from developing and leading transitions of multi-national entities to revitalizing an organization's national marketing presence. She also directed the change management efforts for several global SAP implementations. Denise collaborates with senior level executives and line-level employees to assist each in understanding and positively responding to organizational change.

Denise has a B.A. in Journalism from the Texas State University and an MBA from University of Houston. She holds numerous certifications including Team Management Systems' Team Management Profiles, The Organizational Workshop, FIRO/B and Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Principled Centered Leadership and First Things First. Denise has facilitated workshops and seminars throughout Australia, Canada, Europe, Great Britain, and the United States.

Kay M. Fleischer
Kay is a Management Consultant, MBA (Finance/International Business Management) and certified Project Management Professional, PMP. She has extensive experience in privatizations, risk management/business continuity and project management and implementation services related to Information Technology, Internet access, telecommunications, software development and new product development from law firms to manufacturing/medical environments. Kay excels in strong leadership roles, and provides expertise in managing project management offices (PMOs), developing detailed project plans based upon project management best practices, and managing project activities.

In addition to her consulting work with private and public sector entities in the City of Chicago, Kay has spent six years living and working in Turkey, Egypt, Iran, and Kosovo, Yugoslavia; accustomed to working in post-conflict and underdeveloped societies often in severe environments. Kay has also served as an Election Monitor and Polling Supervisor for nine elections in Bosnia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan with particular emphasis on remote or ethically tense polling stations. Kay was selected for these missions by the United Nations Volunteers and the U.S. Department of State.

Philip L. Martin
Philip Martin has extensive experience and expertise in training and organizational development. His enthusiasm and passion are contagious as he helps organizations learn to be more effective and the individuals comprising them to become better and more successful. From leadership development, communication, personal effectiveness, and building customer loyalty, Philip's high-energy focus toward "growing" individuals and their teams helps him to be a highly sought coach to his clients and a successful management consultant.

Philip has more than 27 years experience as a management consultant. He received his B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College and his M.B.A. from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the OD Network, and the American Society for Training and Development. Philip’s clients include such high caliber organizations as The World Bank, the United States Government Accountability Office, Vornado/Charles E. Smith, and American Institutes for Research.

Rick M. Wellock
Rick has more than 28 years of experience as a practitioner of individual and organizational transformation, team development and personal/professional effectiveness. His strengths in human systems development, facilitation, executive coaching and relationship/team development have enabled Rick to add value to his clients that can be used for a lifetime.

Rick holds a BA from Geneva College, a M. Div. from Gordon Conwell Seminary, and Certifications from the New England Gestalt Institute and Interpersonal Communication Programs Inc. Throughout his career, Rick has worked with organizations of various sizes and organizational structures. Amoco Oil, Clear Channel Communication, Upjohn, McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, The Disney Corporation, Dupont Chemical, Merck Pharmaceutical, Conner Partners, Mercy Hospital Systems, Bank America, Frost National Bank, and The Pittsburgh Symphony are a few examples of the clients Rick has worked with.
