Donna Brighton is facilitating the second cohort based Leadership Development Program for twelve senior leaders in Pittsburgh, PA. Graduates of The Leaders Collaborative will leave the program with measurable results including:

New abilities to lead through relationships;

Self knowledge and management skills;

Concrete execution plans in areas such as accountability,      relationships and crucial conversations;

A goal to address “A Real Life” issue- personal, relational or      organizational that will provide a “breakthrough” in their      leadership development.

We have partnered with Unbridled Performance to develop a unique, interactive experience to help individuals and teams move from compliance to committment. Participants will begin their learning journey at a horse sanctuary. Outcomes include:

Identify strengths and skills of each team member; ensure fit with roles and responsibilities;

Clarify your teams operating agreements, values and the goal(s) you plan to accomplish together;

Define the Goal Achievement Plan and begin to close the gaps;

Learn to receive, release and rejoice (Engagement Equation)
