Donna Brighton facilitated two cohort based Leadership Development Program for senior leaders in Pittsburgh, PA. Graduates of The Leaders Collaborative left the programs with measurable results including:

New abilities to lead through relationships;

Self knowledge and management skills;

Concrete execution plans in areas such as accountability, relationships and crucial conversations;

A goal to address a real life issue (personal, relational or organizational) that will provide a “breakthrough” in their leadership development.
