Donna Brighton and Scott Beilke comprise the executive management team. They have worked together for over a decade delivering exceptional value to clients around the world.

Donna Brighton

Donna BrightonDonna, President of Brighton Leadership Group brings more than twenty years of business leadership and consulting experience. Organizations benefit from Donna’s unique perspective on leadership, change and program management – aligning and integrating them in a purposeful, emergent and powerful way. Donna recognizes that organizations don’t change unless people change. Consequently, she draws from her years of diverse experience to customize people-centered solutions. Donna has provided project and change leadership in the successful planning and delivery of transformational projects across a wide industry spectrum including insurance, consumer products, publishing, biotech research, manufacturing, real estate, health care, pharmaceutical and not-for-profit industries.

She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Donna is a Certified Project Manager and holds an advanced certification in Organizational Change Management. She is active in professional organizations including The Executives Club of Chicago and the Project Management Institute where she serves as Chair of a Board Committee. Donna also serves as an Officer and Board Member for the Association of Change Management Professionals and serves on the strategic advisory committee for a Chicago non-profit organization focused on inner-city transformation. Donna is a Pittsburgh native who remains loyal to the Black & Gold despite living in Chicago.

Scott Beilke

Scott BeilkeScott, Managing Director of Brighton Leadership Group brings more than twenty years of business leadership and consulting experience. He has passion for helping organizations achieve success and a deep commitment to delivering lasting value to his clients. Scott is a results-oriented leader with a solid understanding of the change process and its impact on people and the organizations they serve. His experience includes business management, process re-engineering, technology implementation, leading organizational transformation and coaching & mentoring change sponsors and business leaders.

Prior to joining Brighton Leadership Group, Scott held several leadership positions in small and midsized consulting organizations. It was through these experiences that Scott developed his insight for the impact that culture and leadership has on driving positive bottom line business results. As a result, Scott has used the Denison Organizational Culture Model to assess organizations and transform culture to drive bottom line results.

Scott carries the designation of Certified Public Accountant and has earned advanced certifications in the study and application of Change Management from Prosci. He is active in professional organizations including The Executives Club of Chicago and the Association of Change Management Professionals and serves on the strategic advisory committee for a Chicago non-profit organization focused on inner-city transformation. Scott is a Wisconsin native who remains loyal to the Green & Gold despite living in Chicago.

In addition to his consulting and coaching work Scott is in a passionate pursuit of the next great bottle of wine. He currently favors bold, juicy reds from Spain and Napa yet finds himself exploring more “Old World” styles.
