Brighton Leadership – Charter Members of Summit Global Network®

Brighton Leadership Group is proud to announce the launch of Summit Global Network® which is a global alliance of over 20 firms, with offices in 12 countries, which are helping over 1500 clients to improve their operations and productivity. Through this unique, collaborative group, we can bring to any single issue, project, or challenge unrivaled intellectual property, best practices, solutions, improvements, research, and on-site resources as needed. The network is responsible for over a billion dollars in client improvements on an annualized basis over the past decade. Its members have had over 90 books published commercially in 15 languages on topics ranging from technology to sales, and supply chain management to strategy. Besides a host of PhDs and MBAs, member principals have been guest lecturers or adjunct professors at two dozen universities and their books have been used in the curricula at institutions around the world.

Brighton Leadership Group’s involvement in this network enables us to complete projects far more quickly with greater assurance of the right response in the right place at the right time. Every week we’re comparing best practices from scores of concurrent projects in the world’s major markets. We do this while protecting our clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times. Summit Global Network is the creation of Alan Weiss, PhD, founder of Summit Consulting Group, which has worked with Mercedes-Benz, GE, IBM, Toyota, New York Times, Merck, and Hewlett-Packard, just to name a few of its hundreds of clients.
