2010 Prosci Global Conference on Best Practices in Change Management
Donna Brighton facilitated a panel discussion on the topic of integrating change management and project management. Change leaders from Yellowbook, Oracle and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shared their thoughts on Lessons Learned during their implementation of change and project management.
2009 Prosci Global Conference on Best Practices in Change Management
We presented at the 2009 Prosci Global Conference. Although it’s critical to sell the Sponsor on change management, an effective Change Manager must also have a collaborative working relationship with the Project Manger to achieve intended business results.
This session addressed how Change Management Professionals must partner with Project Managers to ensure project success. Getting users to adopt the change more rapidly, and effectively, leads to an increased rate of return.
