2010 Prosci Global Conference on Best Practices in Change Management
Donna Brighton facilitated a panel discussion on the topic of integrating change management and project management. Change leaders from Yellowbook, Oracle and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shared their thoughts on Lessons Learned during their implementation of change and project management.
2009 Prosci Global Conference on Best Practices in Change Management
We presented at the 2009 Prosci Global Conference. Although it’s critical to sell the Sponsor on change management, an effective Change Manager must also have a collaborative working relationship with the Project Manger to achieve intended business results.

Donna Brighton facilitated two cohort based Leadership Development Program for senior leaders in Pittsburgh, PA.
Graduates of The Leaders Collaborative left the programs with measurable results including:
- New abilities to lead through relationships;
- Self knowledge and management skills;
- Concrete execution plans in areas such as accountability,
relationships and crucial conversations; - A goal to address a real life issue (personal, relational or organizational)
